Jill Moffatt

I’m Jill Moffatt, a two-time Olympic rower and co-founder of MOMentum, an initiative focused on advancing gender equity in sport. Currently pursuing my PhD at Laurentian University, my research examines the sociocultural aspects of sport, with a particular focus on how media representations of elite athlete mothers shape not only their careers and opportunities but also the broader cultural narratives surrounding women in sport.
